Q: How long must I wait for my bobbleheads?
A: After your payment and sending your photos to us, the hand sculpture by our artist will complete in 2 weeks. Then we'll deliver the bobblehead to you via DHL or FedEx which takes less than 1 week.

#Note: All items to be signed for, we can not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delay if the photos you provide don't meet the requirements is not included.

Q: What kind of photos should I send?
A: Photo Requirements: We need a good and clear front view photo and a profile (side-view) photo to actually sculpt from. If you are performing a head to toe full custom design, you should also send us a body shot / position / pose photo for us to use as well.

If the photo includes other people, please indicate which person is the subject for the bobblehead.
Hair On Bobbleheads: Keep in mind, we sculpt what we see - people who has hair below the shoulders will not bobbling. The reason is that the head must be clear and free from the body as the neck has a spring and must move freely offering the best bobble effect. If the hair is below the neck / shoulder area, it will prevent the head from being free.

 

Q: Can I return my bobblehead for a refund?
A: By placing an order and completing the checkout, the order cannot be cancelled or returned. In fact, almost all of our customers are thrilled with their bobblehead. All custom made bobbleheads are not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. Our artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness. The custom bobbleheads are always made-to-order as a result there are No refunds and all sales are final.

Q: What are Custom bobbleheads made of?
A: The bobbleheads are created with a polymer clay. Stronger than ceramic, polymer clay can produce great details, such as hair texture.

Q: Will I receive proofs of my custom bobblehead to help ensure I'll love it?
A: YES - We provide actual photo proofs of our work in progress for you to approve or even request changes.

# Sculpted Face Proof - we will hand sculpt the face to resemble the primary photo you provide. At this time, you will be able to make any changes to the facial characteristics such as the nose, mouth, skin texture, etc. Changes are done if necessary at no charge to you. Once you approve the item we continue to the next phase. Once approved, no further changes to the face can be made without additional fees.

# Body Proof (for full custom order) - we will hand sculpt the body to resemble the photo you attached to the order. At this time, you will be able to make any changes to the position / pose, etc. Changes are done if necessary at no charge to you. Once you approve the item we continue to the next phase. Once approved, no further changes to the body can be made. The body will be baked.

 

Q: How big is my custom bobblehead?
A: Most of the custom bobblehead dolls we make are 5.5"-6.5" tall.

# Most heads are about 1.5-2 inches high.

# The body stands approximately 4 - 4.5 inches tall. Each piece is custom sculpted, molded and painted according to your specifications.

Q: Will I be notified when my order ships?
